AWARD OF THE "AMBASSADOR OF THE ARMY BRAND" CERTIFICATE

On Thursday, 15 April 2021, in the Throne Room of the Palace of the Old Captaincy General of Aragón, the Military Commander of Zaragoza and Teruel, General Manuel Pérez López, presided over the ceremony to award the "Ambassador of the Army Brand” certificate to Clara Arpa Azofra, appointed to that position by the Army General, Chief of the Army Staff.

The Army Brand brings together all the values of the Army, which emanate from the Royal Ordinances of the Armed Forces, publicising everything it does for the benefit of Spanish society.

Ambassadors of the Army Brand are individuals who have committed to disseminating these values, thus contributing to raising society's awareness of the Army.

She is a member of the Executive Committee of the CEOE, a member of the board of directors of the United Nations Global Compact, she chairs the Assembly of Partners of the Spanish Global Compact Network and is the founder of the Innovation Centre for Sustainable Development.

In addition, in the current health crisis, her company designed and led the construction of the field hospital at the trade fair premises, with a capacity for 400 people.

General Pérez López thanked the new Ambassador for accepting her position and for her commitment to spreading and strengthening the positive image of the “Army Brand”.

Clara Arpa expressed her gratitude to the Chief of the Army Staff for this appointment and, in particular, to those who nominated her for this position, expressing her firm commitment to disseminating the values of the "Army Brand" with the responsibility that that entails.
