Our mission is to design and manufacture sustainable solutions capable of changing – or at least improving – the lives of those who use them anywhere in the world. Integrated, innovative and rapid deployment solutions to support any activity of any operator anywhere. We go where nobody else goes.

ARPA STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
ARPA Equipos Móviles de Campaña celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2018. Looking to the future with more projects and motivation than ever before in its history, ARPA has steadily become an international benchmark by building a solid track record, gathering experience and never losing sight of the principles and values established by the company founder, my father, Antonio Arpa Romero. The mission statement that drives what we do is: “To provide access to water, food, hygiene, habitability, healthcare, etc. to displaced groups or groups in precarious situations owing to work requirements or emergencies, catastrophes, conflict, etc. while remaining consistently focused on a service mentality in support of those who dedicate their lives to looking after others: any logistics solutions for any operator anywhere in the world”.
The principles enshrined in the current strategic plan, which runs until 2020, are based on lines of action to achieve four main strategic objectives: Internationalisation, Quality, Innovation and Sustainability.
Fully aware of the current challenges affecting our society and the international community, ARPA is focused on and committed to facilitating efforts in the most adverse conditions: situations of armed conflict, poverty, famine or natural disasters of any kind. This means that the only operational context for the company is international given that these situations are cross-border in nature and likely to affect an enormously diverse population worldwide.
ARPA is committed to the quality of its products and services. Client and user satisfaction is our goal and we understand no other way of doing things. Our goal is to focus on Total Quality and Ongoing Improvement and, to that end, we have begun to implement a LEAN philosophy in all areas of the company.
This is key to operating in a dynamic and competitive environment, ensuring participation in the market. By innovating and developing new designs, ARPA seeks to obtain positive results and offer increasing benefits to its clients and end users. We wish to encourage an open mind on evolution, with a desire to do what we do even better and based on the needs of our clients while attempting to make a contribution to sustainable social development.
